Project Info
In 2006, we joined forces with nonDisruptive, a duo of programmers-extraordinaire, to conceive and invent MeerMeer, a powerful web site testing tool for web developers and designers. The tool allows a user to see their sites remotely on different browser and O/S platforms, document problems and communicate them to others for correction.
We spearheaded the brand concept, identity system, and messaging. We also handled all information architecture and interface design for the marketing site, and the GUI for the tool once it began to take shape functionally.
Once the tool was ready for launch, we built a business plan around it that would make MeerMeer a SaaS available to anyone. Beta testers and other subscribers were processed through the tool's marketing site and the reviews were great!
MeerMeer was sold to Adobe in December of 2007 and has been released worldwide as part of the new Adobe Creative Suite 4 for 2009.
Highlights included a real-time video capture of user tests, sight impairment simulations and custom reporting tools. Today, MeerMeer usability and interface design is now considered the standard by which Adobe judges all potential software acquisitions.
