Objective: Billups Design was brought in as one of United Airlines' trusted vendors to be the agency of record for a new Luxury Travel Club called Ameniti. The market strategy required a large initial product rollout to acquire market share, while building scalable solutions that would promote customer retention.
Solution: Billups Design carried out marketing and brand strategy as well as execution, print, ad and event design, copywriting, UX architecture and design, software development, and quality assurance. Highlights included: Brand and Logo Design with Full Identity System; Visa, Member Card and related Member Kit Designs; design of all materials related to sponsoring ATP Tennis Tournament.
Results: Since its brand launch, Ameniti Travel Club grew its participating membership to over 1 million. Sales of new membership programs doubled quarter over quarter for the first six months.
